PUBLIC HEARINGS Access Public Type Action Discussion, consideration and possible recommendation to the Town of Taos Town Council for annexation of three properties equaling approximately 3.895 acres. The subject properties are located at 408 Joseph Street, 410 Joseph Street and 506 Joseph Street and are currently located in Taos County. The property owner, Karen Sanderson, is requesting an R-4 "Residential" Zone Designation. Admin Content Karen Sanderson originally requested a zone designation of R-14. When Ms. Sanderson took her request to the Town Council she requested an R4 Zone. The Town Council asked Ms. Sanderson to take her request back to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a recommendation of approval. Ms. Sanderson is currently requesting a recommendation of approval for annexation and a zone designation of R-4.
